Encompass provides a variety of customizable services to meet the requirements of Medicare providers, whether a large corporation or an individual clinic or practitioner. We are able to meet the individual needs of your company or organization by either customizing one of our existing seminars or designing a program that is specifically tailored to meet your requirements. These programs are available through on-site seminars and workshops or live via our "Go to Webinar" connection. The webinar format is ideal for either a single session on a short topic or a series of sessions spaced at periodic intervals to allow time for absorption of the materials presented. It also allows for interaction between the presenter and attendees through direct phone connections (available for small groups) or through real-time question input through the web connection. Our "Management Made Easy" program is perfect for small companies. We customize this program either for your facility or clinic or for one facet of your company such as rehab managers, marketing personnel etc. The purpose of this program is to train staff in rehabilitation management positions to handle the most difficult demands placed on their time. Emphasis is placed on the actual practice of skills required to effectively manage people and difficult situations and is only available on-site. It incorporates strategies that are based on your specific requirements. Documentation is always an issue regardless of your site of service. We are able to train your staff on your current documentation so that it meets the medically necessary requirements of your Medicare contractor. We can also work with you to develop new paperwork; either designed specifically for your facility/clinic or customized from one of our templates. Our Management Resource Development Team can design management tools to fit your needs. Policies and Procedures can be developed for items not covered by your current P & P manual such as a documentation policy, or a complete manual for a new practice. Medicare compliance and clinical practice guidelines are created to meet the requirements of your Medicare contractor. We customize our standard manuals and handouts to meet the most current Local Coverage Determinations (LCD) of your Fiscal Intermediary or carrier. We will then provide training of your staff on compliance and clinical practice based on these guidelines. This can be done on-site or by webinar; a copy of the webinar will be available to you so that future orientation of new staff or re-training of present staff is available.
